A clear service.
No hidden promises.
These terms apply to the service provided by Alexander Zotz, trading as NeatLittleApps, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-375-297, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany.
Free product listings
Submitting a product is free. Each submission is reviewed before publication. A product is not public while it is pending, and submission does not guarantee approval. An approved product receives a public profile with the product information supplied by its maker and a link to the maker’s website.
The listing review checks the directory guidelines; it is not a full verification, recommendation, or endorsement of the product or its claims. The maker is responsible for accurate information and for having permission to submit names, descriptions, logos, and screenshots. An edit returns the listing to review.
An approved listing is available while the service operates and the listing continues to meet the guidelines. This is not a promise that a page will remain online forever. The operator may request changes or decline a submission before publication. A listing that no longer meets the guidelines or raises a legal concern may be reviewed for removal.
Backlinks and search engines
An approved profile has its own public URL and a direct, contextual link to the product website. The listing and website link are free, reviewed before publication, and remain available while the product follows the listing guidelines.
Review questions and reports
To report a potentially illegal or guideline-breaking listing, email support@neatlittleapps.com. Include the exact listing URL, a clear description of the concern and why it may be unlawful or break the guidelines, and an email address where the operator can contact you. The operator reviews reports manually. Do not send passwords, sign-in links, or unrelated private information.
If you disagree with a decision about your own submission, contact support@neatlittleapps.com with the listing URL and an explanation. The operator will review the request manually; these terms do not promise a particular response time or create a formal appeal outcome.
Free launch promotion
The first 36 new maker submissions after the launch offer is activated receive one free sponsored placement each. Existing listings are excluded. The place is allocated on submission and starts after approval at the first available time, for 30 full 24-hour days. The dashboard shows the exact start and end. Submission does not guarantee approval.
The free placement ends automatically. Editing or resubmitting the same product does not restart its period, and expired or deleted allocations are not replaced with new free places. An approved ordinary listing remains free. Continuing as a sponsor requires a separate paid booking and confirmed payment; there is no automatic renewal or charge.
Optional sponsored placements
Paid sponsored placements are offered worldwide exclusively to business customers purchasing in the course of their trade, business, or independent professional activity. Consumer purchases are not offered. We do not routinely verify business status; this restriction does not remove any mandatory rights that apply to a customer in law.
Sponsored placements are optional and available only for an approved product. When immediate capacity is full, you can pay in advance for the earliest available start shown before payment. The current one-time package prices are $15 USD for 7 days, $25 USD for 14 days, or $39 USD for 30 days, before applicable tax. The final amount and any tax charged are displayed in Stripe Checkout before payment confirmation.
A paid placement starts after confirmed payment when an immediate spot is available. Otherwise, checkout shows the reserved future start and end in UTC; you pay now and the promotion starts automatically at that time. In both cases, the placement lasts the purchased number of full 24-hour days from its start. A future date cannot be silently moved after payment; if the paid period cannot be fulfilled, the application requests a full refund. The product rotates in one desktop sidebar and appears in one of the two mobile sponsored bands, at the top or bottom of the page. It is not duplicated across both desktop sidebars. Up to 36 products share the sponsor rotation, with the number of fully visible cards per desktop sidebar adapting to page height. Payment buys this additional display time; it does not change the review of the product. Paid placement is labeled advertising. There is no subscription.
Checkout, cancellations, and refunds
When bookings are open, a booking requires a signed-in owner and an approved product. The duration, price, available inventory, and applicable tax are shown in the booking flow and hosted checkout before payment. An unpaid reservation can be canceled from the dashboard. The application requests a full Stripe refund if a paid placement cannot be fulfilled; an unsuccessful or unresolved refund needs operator follow-up.
After payment, we do not offer voluntary cancellations, changes of booking dates, or refunds for a change of mind, including before a scheduled placement starts. There is no money-back guarantee based on traffic, clicks, sales, or other advertising results. This does not affect refunds for a placement we cannot fulfill, remedies for defective or unperformed services, or any other mandatory legal rights. If mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply in an individual case, they are not excluded by these terms.
The operator personally handles cancellation questions, service complaints, and refund requests through support@neatlittleapps.com. Include the booking reference and a description of the issue; do not send card details or sign-in codes. Any refund is handled through Stripe to the original payment method. A requested refund is not complete until Stripe confirms its outcome.
